Mass General Brigham and Nantucket Cottage Hospital are committed to conducting its affairs in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards. If you have a question or suspect a problem or process that violates our standards or the law, please report your concern to Compliance.

A non-Mass General Brigham employee will take your information and you will be given a case number with a date to call back. A report will then be sent to our office and referred to the appropriate department to investigate the issue reported to the Helpline. It is important to call back as the investigator may have additional questions during the investigation and/or to find out the results of your inquiry.

You can file a compliance report from any computer that has an internet connection. The site will provide you with step-by-step instructions. It is your choice whether you want to be anonymous or not. At the end of the report, you will be asked to create a password. Once you create a password you can log back in on your assigned follow-up date to see if we have additional questions and to find out the results of your inquiry.
